Druce’s Hill House is a grade II listed building dating from the mid eighteenth century. The building consists of a main house which is 3 storeys high and has a fine ashlar-faced front, crowned with a balustrade. There is a single storey two bay extension to the east with a high hipped roof. A further garage extension to the east is of modern design with a flat roof. To the rear is a two storey extension including the kitchen, utility and bathrooms above.
The works consisted of a full refurbishment of the property including new kitchen and bathrooms to modernise the property. We worked closely with Bath Conservation Architects to ensure that the historic fabric of the building was maintained.
We later returned to complete a freestanding green house made with Cotswold stone to blend in with the main building.
