The Barns at Malmesbury were a group of stables, animal shelters and other agricultural buildings forming a single entity, believed to date from the late 19th century.
The works consisted of a general strip out of the buildings and the refurbishment and conversion into a residential property. This included new roof, floors with underfloor heating powered by air source heat pump, wall repairs, electrical and plumbing enabling works, decorations and the installation of a biomass treatment plant and fowl drainage.
