With phase one and two complete at our 15 bedroom HMO project and handover for the third and final phase due next Friday!  Love how our client has furnished the House.

With just a few weeks remaining until we can hand the keys over to our client on this grade 2 listed building, we are currently converting into 15 HMO’s.

Starting in May this job is to convert a grade II listed B&B into a HMO House and Self Contained Flat. This also included the conversion of a Coach House which was curtilage listed to a HMO property.
