This property was a 1950s four bed roomed detached house set in a large plot of land. The extensions added to either side of the property and garage beside it have enlarged the property to take full advantage of a well proportioned, elevated site.

Over the years we have been back to complete many projects.  Works consisted of:

• Alterations and extensions to existing detached house comprised the demolition of a single storey utility room, the construction of traditional brick two-storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing building.
• Construction of a detached double garage with office area above and link to main building.  External works and drainage included.
• Adding of a sunroom to the rear of the property.
