These works generally comprised the refurbishment works of the existing house parents accommodation in school house.  A careful strip out of the building to ensure that original features where not damaged.  The building was then restored and modernised to bring it up to date but ensuring the character of the building remained.

Works comprised of:

•           External repair to front entrance

•           New ceilings, studwork, partitions, plaster repairs

•           New internal doorsets, ironmongery, architraves & skirtings

•           New kitchen & bathrooms

•           Wall tiling, flooring  repairs and decorations

•           Plumbing and Electrical upgrades

•           Insulation works
