New Road was a Grade II listed house with a Coach House having a curtilage listing.  It had been used as a B&B.  Our job was to converted it into 8 HMP rooms in main house and two self contained flats in the basement and coach house.

•           New kitchens & bathrooms

•           Electrical & Plumbing Upgrades

•           Decoration

•           External works, car park, grass areas, bin stores
