This project was the rebuilding and reconfiguration of an existing industrial and office unit together with associated site works following a partial demolition. 

The existing workshops part of the building was demolished and was replaced with a new higher structural steel frame.  Cladded with insulated metal panels. Full internal fitout including a mezzanine floor in the workshop.

We then refurbished the existing offices at the front of the unit taking down all internal walls to create an open plan office area.
