This project consists of a house extension to double the size of the property together with various alterations works.  The works comprised of:

• Two storey extension
• Conversion of part of the garage to form a Bedroom with ensuite shower room
• Alterations to existing property including new kitchen, utility, bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors.
• External works to form a patio and pathways.
• New ground source heating and hot water system
